Very nice shots! Out of curiosity, how did you get up there? K and I drove a two wheel drive rental (Mustang) up and just barely made it. That gravel road is tough for a lead foot like me to make it up :) If I make it out again, I'm thinking a 4 wheel drive or taking the tour could be prudent.

yeah, we did a tour. everybody seemed pretty adamant that non-4wd vehicles shouldn't go up, so i didn't want to risk it with the rental!

I should dig up the pics a friend of mine from school had. He was up there all the time doing research at the observatory.
