bad wakefulness

why i haven't gone to bed yet i don't know. i am foolish.

weekend was rather up and down but mostly alright. no major conflagrations.

submitted my health insurance enrollment forms today. it will be good to be insured again. going back to my old doctor's office since i could. i wasn't in love with them, but they were alright and they have my records or whatnot...

i will sleep now, really.
