waking up in excruciating pain sucks

went to see geoff and co. off to yosemite and deliver a cd of driving music i threw together, came back and went to bed about 3am. woke up a few hours later to cramps in _both_ calves. i've never felt a pain more excruciating than the charleyhorse. at least you know it's going to end in a few moments, but god damn it's painful.

i think i will probably be the last person i know on lj to switch to style system 2.
