what now?

so what do we do now? part of me wants to just run away from this stupid country, but i also feel i should be doing something useful to make things better here. the US has too much power to fuck up the world as a whole to just leave it this way...

also, even california is seriously fucked up. i don't know if it's just OC or everybody else too and we just live in a tiny enclave here in the bay area? you can get your dna permanently in a criminal db now just for being arrested, even if you are completely innocent and never convincted. and the rather reasonable amendment to 3 strikes, which was supported by the original 3 strikes guy, didn't pass?!
