parking lot at work is surprisingly empty today already. not sure why all these people bothered coming to work yesterday.

i've been buying frozen lean cuisine type things on sale, figuring they make for decent reasonably-priced lunches. then i realized that they're all around 250-300 calories, which doesn't make for much of a lunch. i suppose i should add some fruit.

i need to get myself back to the gym before i flip completely out. the weather in brainland has not been good.
