due to closed bay bridge, traffic was nightmarish this evening, so i didn't make crossfit in sunnyvale and went to the belmont gym instead. i looked at the website for their WOD, which involved kettle bell swings and burpees, but my shoulders are killing me from rowing on monday, so i just did a little warmup of 5 x (10 kettle bell swings + 10 situps), then i did back squats. i'll assume the bar was standard 44 lbs. first i did 5 rep max, which i think was 74 lbs, though i can't remember now. then i kept adding for 1 rep max, which was 99 lbs.
