a lifting update. :>

back squat (low bar):
108 lbs, 3 x 5 reps

deadlift:
148, 1 x 5 reps

shoulder press:
63, 1 x 5 reps
58, 3 x 5 reps

bench press:
73, 3 x 5 reps

novice gains for the squat are awesome, heh. my upper body strength started out pretty nonexistent, but i am finally starting to make gains on the presses after 3 weeks.
