17:41:01: conveniently discovered the kitchen sink leaking just after landlord finished yard work and left.
18:21:23: i really wish ups would hurry up so i can jog before it gets dark. package was in menlo park this morning. so close and yet so far...
19:07:56: still no ups, and now it's getting dark, boo. i guess i could run up and down the stairs...
20:31:33: after sneaky ups guy left notice w/o ringing doorbell, i called and they got him to come back with my pkg. no asskickings required, yay!
