oh i scrapped the patch after only a month and a half. i've heard other people say when they started on a new hormone mix it may have had pretty difficult effects at first but then it settled down and was fine, but the patch had me way too crazy to deal with. after the first month i thought i'd stay with it for a little while and see if it got better, but after another week of patch there was just no way. that was about 2.5 months ago. :)
