so i've been eating really terribly lately and gaining weight due to reduced activity post-surgery... i need to start eating better and logging again. someone i know did this juice cleanse and really seemed to like it, so i thought, hey, maybe i should do that as a reset to get me back on a better food track.
so here i am with 3 days worth of juice. no solid food or added sugar till saturday, here we go! naturally i should blog this.
coffee is out, b/c i require sugar for that, but i have some fruity green tea that's fine w/o sweeteners, so i don't have to go into caffeine withdrawal.
each day has 6 juices to drink in order:
1. green juice
2. pineapple apple mint
3. green juice
4. spicy lemonade
5. carrot apple beet
6. cashew milk
