Why don't you eat more veggies, do you think? Too much work to prepare (my usual problem), or just not tasty to you?

One thought to file away for future--have you tried something like a paleo/primal diet? That's no grains at all, and depending on how you do it, no or limited dairy and no or limited fruit.

I didn't lose any weight (which wasn't my goal anyway), but it did permanent change my eating habits for the better, even once I quit.
