i was buying a new car, and the dealership was in this huge warehouse filled with giant tetrisworld games that i was playing while i waited. they couldn't give me the car that day after all though, so i had to bike home, and i passed my bldg and turned right on virginia to find that the hillside to the left had been cleared of bldgs and was covered with lush green grass. i figured i must have made a wrong turn, so i turned right at the top of the hill and then took the next right back down, and i was way up on this mountain on a very windy little road that went down along the side. it wasn't very flat though, so in places the road was so steep that at one point i didn't make it around a curve because i was going too fast and feeling like i would lose control, but then i could barely hold on to the hillside. i was grasping at clumps of grass trying not to fall down the mountain... finally made it to the bottom and it was some kind of tropical locale with beautiful clear blue sea and a few small buildings. i was trying to get my camera out to take some pictures, but i realised i was sitting in water that was rising and getting in my backpack and i kept having to move back and pour the water out. i got to higher ground and started to take some pictures, but parts of the camera kept coming open, and then the bottom started to fall off because some plastic part that held it together had disintegrated. i could take pictures if i held the bottom on though. i was trying to get a shot of the hill through this cemetery/sculpture garden that was behind the building we were next to, but there was a big sprinkler going and i couldn't get out of its way. then the jackhammers in the basement woke me up.
