what a difference a day makes

today my mood was good, i felt on top of things and productive at work. yesterday a quickly fading memory... it's so strange trying to remember what the lows feel like when everything seems okay again.

i had to go to the grocery store and stopped for some cheeseboard pizza on my way home, which i hadn't had in a terribly long time. no gym for me today. projects instead! and going to bed early at all costs.
