like, duh

well, the gym helped a lot. a whole lot more than i expected it to. i feel a bit more relaxed now, and my head is so much clearer... if i weren't so lazy (and sleepy), i might take a bath, which would be nice and relaxing. i'll settle for a cup of tea though i guess. i will get a massage on wednesday and will present quite a challenge, so incredibly rocklike are my neck and shoulders. unfortunately my adjustment last week didn't do much lasting good in the face of the ensuing anxiety, and my neck is all messed up again, alas. at various recommendations, i looked into valerian and got some such thinger, so perhaps that will help, and i will talk to my nurse practitioner tomorrow. and apparently i need to take going to the gym as a serious necessity. yeep.

it's the only sure fire thing that works for me... downside is if i go too long without, i feel even worse.

Too lazy to take a bath? heh... I'm glad you're feeling better after the gym. I guess it can be a pain sometimes (I don't do it myself, I just stick to cycling and DDR), but it's probably a much healthier way to change your bodily chemistry than the ones we usually resort to...

Glad the gym helped so much! I forget (and am feeling too lazy to look), are you going to Marc's on Thursday? If so, you should hit me up for some back and neck work, I would be happy to help.
