Do you have a mouth thingy for the teeth grinding? I chipped a tooth before I had one. :-(

And I'm curious too about the ring. One of my friends has it and loves it, I was thinking of going down to the student health office and asking about it this month, since I'm not entirely happy with my pill switch.
