especially in the area of the, um, tender bits. no really. it hurts. and it takes some of the skin with it. my crotch, it burns! burns! see, i told you it was tmi.
i think i need a drink.

edit: it does get less painful on subsequent occasions, but it had been quite a long time since i last subjected myself to this treat...

I've thought about joining the hairless culture, but having never done it...okay, here's the stupid question. Do you wear anything when getting a bikini wax?

I've thought about getting waxed, but I've always been stopped because I didn't know the answer to that question.

hey that's not a dumb question! i mean, it's not the sort of thing you would really be expected to just know... they usually give you a little pair of disposable paper panties that you wear, which i find quite silly, but eh. if you go to a nice place and tell them it's your first time, they should be happy to walk you through it and tell you everything you need to know about aftercare and whatnot.
