lilamp: (upside down)
i woke up yesterday with my right little finger numb. unlike the usual situation in which one wakes up with numb extremities and they quickly return to normality, my little finger remained numb all day. and although it's a bit better today, it is still rather numb. i wonder if i should be worried.

I used to get that sort of thing in high school (it was usually my pinky and ring fingers) -- I never did figure out why it was happening, but I've always had bad circulation and I found running my fingers under hot water helped. Might be worth at least calling up an advice nurse or something, though ...

I thought I had tetanus when I came back from the playa, and those goddamn hippies at the med tent refused to give me a tetanus shot..

..now I think i have bronchitis.

I Am Not A Doctor, but it is one possible explanation for numbness in that finger.
