after completely failing on my summer fitness goals, i started on a new exercise program yesterday. for 16 weeks, it will tell me exactly what to do 3 times per week, so hopefully this will work for me. i just don't have the self motivation to go to the gym and do it on my own; i need someone to tell me what to do. also recording my food again in balance log. i ought to at least be able to make it to thanksgiving without straying too far hopefully...
