ugh

jobhunting today sucks. i look at listings and make halfhearted attempts to write cover letter bits, and i just don't even feel like bothering, because i know they won't give me any more than a passing glance, if that... "hi, i don't really have the experience or specific skills you require, but i'm semi-intelligent and could totally do this job, please hire me anyway." bleah. i should just go outside and sit in the sun.

assuaging displacement

well, i haven't made it outside yet, but i did make some good progress on getting my apartment in order, which has done a lot for my mood. all the clutter and chaos make me quite crazy. i must get to completing the reorg/defrag soon.
