My Weekly Exercise Goals
- attend at least 3 classes at work gym (spin, abs, yoga, or circuit training)
- cardio 4 days
- try to climb once a week

My Daily Eating Goals
- calorie goal: 1800
- eat veggies every day
- eat more protein (fish and chicken)
- limit cheese to 1 meal/day

Weight Adjustment
- lose 8 lbs

so i went shopping for some new clothes for my new job, and i found some really nice khakis at target. and they are exactly the right length for me. wtf?! are bizarrely short pants suddenly in style?

also, i wandered into new york & co at the mall, somewhat randomly, and found some super nice fitted tops that work well for the larger bosomed. this is one of those stores i never went into before because it seemed like a forever 21 type place where everything was for anorexic teenyboppers, but i was pleasantly surprised!

yay.

also, 5 year anniversary today. 5 years! crazy. we had a nice fancy dinner. i fantasized about throwing rocks at adobe. woo.
