My Weekly Exercise Goals
- attend at least 3 classes at work gym (spin, abs, yoga, or circuit training)
- cardio 4 days
- try to climb once a week

My Daily Eating Goals
- calorie goal: 1800
- eat veggies every day
- eat more protein (fish and chicken)
- limit cheese to 1 meal/day

Weight Adjustment
- lose 8 lbs

Sounds like a good plan. I can't eat less than 1800 and still think. I am starting to walk from the Ashby Bart to campus now to try and do a little more walking. It's 1.6 miles each way! It does take 30 mins though, because I kinda putter around.

If you have a palm pilot, I have a program that is kinda like fitday.com that you can have for it. The company went under, so I feel no guilt on passing it along now. Send me an email if you want it.

I've gotten better at making myself throw up in the bathroom. =)

We don't have a gym anymore.

I used to have buff arms once. Sigh.

I've been depressed and basically living off cheese. Do you want to go climbing this week. Just let me know when. I'm free every evening except for Friday when I have to pick-up E at the airport. Also... I have Hailey's car and Hailey's dog and want to take the doggie for a hike on Sunday. Are you up for it?
