i keep meaning to write an entry but don't quite get around to it.
the guy rob that i've been climbing with lent me his hand jammies at the gym last night. i only got about 1/3 of the way up a crack and used face holds for the feet, but i'm kind of inspired to work on crack climbing. the feet are so fucking painful though... maybe it's like riding a bike, when the first ride after a hiatus makes your sit bones hurt like hell, but then they get used to it? my right climbing shoe has finally blown out at the toe and i haven't used my rei dividend yet, so i think i'm going to gift myself new shoes and a new harness, and maybe i'll throw in some hand jammies too so i can practice cracks at the gym.
