shoe fail

i really really wanted the Fluevog Alli Mary Janes that [livejournal.com profile] thatgirljj posted. i am completely and totally in love with them. and i am about to return the second pair i got from amazon, that has the same manufacturing defects the first pair i sent back had. i thought i might try one more time, but they're out of stock now. :( #firstworldproblems

Oh no! What's the defect? I'm totally in love with mine. :-( Sad for you... try the SF store maybe?

on one shoe, part of the black piece that goes between the eyelets and the tan inner lining is slipped down, so you can see the tan from the outside. also there is a lot of visible glue and stuff like hanging chads in some of the eyelets... generally not a good manufacturing run it seems! maybe if will call the fluevog store.
