- drinking all day leads to a lot of bathroom trips.
- i was hungry, but less so than expected, especially since the juices are only 1070 calories, and i usually take in over 2000 when i'm not counting.
- after drinking the cashew one, which is last, i was really thirsty for the rest of the night, which i found strange, since i'd been, you know, drinking juice and water all day.

Date: 2012-04-27 03:45 am (UTC)From:i dunno how much it really does for you, but a lot of people seem to like the juicing thing, and i've never done any sort of fast before, so i figured why not! at the least, i'll have three days of not eating any processed foods or artificial anythings.
