patterns

it seems that this new pms thing is a real and serious pattern. my body has become a traitor to me. i've read that birth control hormones can trigger pms in women nearing 30 who had no previous symptoms. years on the pill off and on with no trouble at all, then i try the patch at the wrong time and all hell breaks loose. luck runs out... not that i'm inclined towards BITTERNESS or anything.

so here's a thought. when i work out i feel good. when i feel bad i don't work out. hm. one might say hey what if you worked out when you felt bad, maybe you'd feel better. wouldn't that be brilliant...

i wonder how long before i'll actually start losing fat. surely it has to start going away eventually? i know i'm getting in better shape, but still the fat remains. and it's even more noticable now, because i'm building muscle underneath it. sigh.

i hate that i have to wake up so early. suckybutt. i should remember to make a dentist appointment. haven't had anything more as bad as a few weeks ago, but some subtle twinging of the teeth now and then. i fear they'll have to come out. i should make a doctor appointment too. but now i should be in bed. alas.

I switched to an all progeterone formulation -- it's a pain in the ass to take but it works really well, with few side effects. I'm taking Micronor.

that whole loosing fat thing takes a while....and needs a combination of cardio (cycling's good for that) & diet to make it go away faster. Total pain in the ass, but worth it in the long run
