rocks are pretty

i've been terrible about journalling lately, but pretty good about going to the gym, and i even flossed the other night, so hey. last weekend was really nice. went climbing at the pinnacles and had some good couple time. taking off work friday to head down to joshua tree for a group campy thing. i've never been there and am really excited about it! pretty much my only desert experience has been at parties, and some of the landscapes have been pretty amazing, so i'm really looking forward to getting to enjoy some beautiful desert in a non-crackedout state and getting some more experience on real rock in another beautimous place, woo! oh yeah, and hanging out with friends too, heh.

I have some great memories of hiking the Pinnacles. It's a gorgeous place. I hope your Joshua Tree trip is awesome! This would be the time of year for wildflowers in the desert.
