hm, too bad there isn't a way to respond to poll answers...

at any rate, posting to nakedgirlparts or making friends-only posts is all well and good, but the photos have to be hosted somewhere, and therein lies the crux of my question. do i put them up on my own site where people will be able to easily associate them with me, or do i host them somewhere else random? right now i'm thinking i might as well just have them on my own site, and i'm leaning towards the theory that if they're there where people could stumble upon them, then i should just go ahead and put them up in my gallery. the boyfriend isn't so sure about this idea though, heh.

You can put them in a directory that has listings turned off (or a blank index.html) and then only people who saw them posted would be able to associate them with your website. Nobody could just stumble across them in your webspace if they don't know where to look...

Then again, maybe that doesn't really help.

If the URL to the photos is random enough, I wouldn't worry about anyone stumbling onto the photos.

Another option is to create a password-protected section of your gallery and give the password out to people you want to see the photos.
